Responsive, Inclusive, Sustainable and Effective Casework
The RISE Casework Program is a 12-month standalone introduction to the fundamentals of excellence practice in the Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) and Permanency Support Program (PSP) casework. Designed to build caseworkers’ knowledge, skills, and confidence, this program provides a solid foundation for effectively supporting children, young people, and families. RISE emphasises practical learning and peer support, helping OOHC and PSP caseworkers navigate complexity with confidence and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
