Frequently Asked Questions (RISE Casework)

How is each module structured?
Each module includes a 1-hour Lunch and Learn Webinar, 3-hour Facilitated Training Session, 3-hour Applied Learning Workshop, and 1-hour Interactive Quiz.

Do I need to attend all sessions?
Yes. You are required to complete all components of each module in order to receive a certificate of completion.

What if I miss a session?
If you are unable to attend a session, please notify your facilitator or supervisor as soon as possible to discuss available options.

How long does each module take?
Approximately 8 hours in total.

Do I need to complete the quiz?
Yes. Completion of the quiz is required for each module.

What happens if I do not pass the quiz?
Each quiz has a minimum passing score requirement. Participants will be provided with up to three attempts to successfully complete the quiz. If a participant is still unable to achieve a passing result after three attempts, further support and next steps will be discussed with their manager.

Can I complete the quiz later?
The interactive quiz is designed to be completed during the fourth Zoom session for each module. If you are unable to complete the quiz during this time, please speak with your facilitator or supervisor.
